You know you have a great friend when she makes you a flower basket with cupcakes!!! My great friend Rachelle makes the BEST cupcakes I have ever had. She decorated these herself and did a phenomenal job. Big and small cupcakes filled the basket. She not only makes your average chocolate and vanilla but she makes cupcakes filled with practically everything. She'll put german chocolate filling, raspberry filling, etc. They are YUMMY!!
