I hear it come down the wall and starting towards the front of the hose. To my utter horror I see this yellow slender thing come out and the next thing I know there is a black greasy bird heading for my face. Ooooh I screamed like I have never screamed before and stood there in shock while this bird is frantically flying around my house. It heads towards me and I run into my room and shut the door and called my home teacher! Georgia (his wife) answers and I'm just shaking all over and she is laughing so hard and saying it's more scared of me than I am of it. Well at that moment....NUH UH!!! So David, Georgia and her two grandkids come over and get it out for me.
Does the story end there?!! Of course not! I've got the dryer pulled out and figured I should probably clean and take the hose off completely and clean it out. I got it half way off and screamed yet again! There's a dead starling! My nerves are just shot by then so I call Georgia and David back over and the great people they are get the dead bird out but are we done yet? NOPE!!! Georgia is shaking the hose and says ok that's it but then picks up the other end and yet another dead bird!! Even Georgia got a little weirded out by then. So Jay came over and got up into the crawl space and we got the problem solved. Bye Bye Birdies!!!!
